Soi’s shorts “Ernst im Herbst” and “Torvald und der Tannebaum” will be shown in German TV. The broadcaster KIKA will show Ernst on October, 16th at 10 am. You’ll have the chance to watch Torvald one month later on November, 11th. Both short films are part of the preschool TV-show “Siebenstein”.

We are proud to announce that Studio Soi’s “Engel zu Fuss” will be screened at the famous Ottawa International Animation Festival as part of the official selection!
Studio Soi has been awarded by the Landesbank as one of the twenty best young companies in Baden- Württemberg.
“Ernst in Autumn” was screend at the International Seoul Animation Festival SICAF and won the “Special Distinction” price in the TV and Commissioned Films Section.
Soi’s short film “Engel zu Fuss” (Angel afoot) by directors Saschka Unseld and Jakob Schuh was awarded as best TV special at the international festival of animated films in Annecy.
On Friday the 20th of June at 6:25 a.m. German broadcaster SWR will show Soi’s puppet show “Bei Hempels unter’m Sofa” directed by Klaus Morschheuser.
Our newest short “Angel afoot” has its festival premiere at Annecy. You can watch the 6 minute short in the “TV specials” official selection of the festival. Directors Jakob Schuh and Saschka Unseld will be in in Annecy during the whole Festival.
Soi’s latest music clip can be seen during the ITF Stuttgart in the “Baden-Wuerttemberg-Rolle”. The team around Torben Meier and Sebastian Koch will be in the theatre.

“Ernst in Autumn” has been awarded “Best Animated Short” at the Goldener Spatz Festival in Erfurt, Germany’s most prestigious award for children’s television. Congratulations to the directors Jakob Schuh and Michael Sieber.
“Olis Chance” was awarded by the children’s jury to be the “Best Short for kids” at the Sarasota Film Festival, USA
