Our feet carry us lots of places and yet, we don’t spend much time thinking about them! In this week’s episode of the ZDF series’ Löwenzahn, director Klaus Morschheuser and designer Domareen Fox show the importance of our feet and how shoes were invented!

On Sunday December 7th, the children’s TV show “Löwenzahn” features an animated short by us that explains (almost) all about love, puberty and reproduction. The film was directed by Paul Cichon and you can watch it at 8:10 am on ZDF or one week later at 11:05 am on KIKA.
In our latest Löwenzahn shortfilm by Monika Thenhündfeld and Matthias Bäuerle, you can find out what the archaeologists Schliemann, Carter and Thompson are looking for … and what they finally find. The film has its tv premiere this Sunday, 20th of April at 8:10 am on ZDF and will be repeated at 11:05 am on KIKA.
Here are two designs our colleague Sebastian Koch made for two ‘Löwenzahn’ shorts. Both films, created by Linus Stetter and Thilo Kienle, are about luck and superstition. They had their premiere beginning of this year. Marcus Schäfer made additional designs.
Hey, following the slightly medieval theme we’ve had with some films in the recent past, this summer Johannes Weiland teamed up with Jakob Schuh for six weeks and the two made two quick little films explaining the courtly life of knights and noble damsels for German children’s show “Löwenzahn”. Soi contributed another 2D short to ZDF´s Children TV Series “Löwenzahn”. The episode “evolution of life” is broadcast on March 28th at 08:35 am on ZDF and at 4:00 pm on KIKA.
This Sunday, March 21st, our short “The Stork” will be shown on childrens’ channel KIKA – at 8.35 am.
Three of the “Löwenzahn” episodes, to which studio soi contributed, will be shown this November: Saturday mornings at 10:35 a.m. on German broadcaster ZDF and a rerun on Sundays at 4:00 p.m: “Störche” (storks) on November 15th/16th, “Roboter” (robots) on November 22th/23th and “Katze” (cat) on November 29th/30th.
