PETZI_P106_01

Pingo and Pelle want to give a surprise party for Petzi. They trick their friend into thinking it’s still pitch black and in the middle of the night. Petzi should sleep soundly on the good ship Mary as long as they need for their preparation on a party island.
At some point, however, Petzi can not sleep any longer, and misunderstandings unfold.

PETER_SC0730_1053

Kangaroo Peter has been tinkering with his car for years. Without much success. Petzi cannot believe it and promises Peter his maiden trip by the end the day. The crew immediately gets going. Only Pingo notices Peter’s secret: he is terrified of driving. Can Peter hide his fear for much longer?

EPISODE 3: ACROBATS OF THE SKY

The crew meets Osram, an elephant in a bathtub. Osram is laid back, funny, but terribly forgetful. He can’t remember a single thing. Not even that Pelle is a bird. Pelle wants to prove this by showing off his flying skills. Which by the way are underwhelming, to say the least. The episode can be watched online here: ZDF Mediathek

We are proud to present Petzi (Rasmus Klump), our latest TV series. It is based on the books by Carla an Vilhelm Hansen that we ourselves owned, read and loved when we were children. We were lucky to explore this world again and live with these characters. We had the opportunity to work with many talented people who became part of our ship crew and who conquered our hearts. It has been a journey we will never forget. We hope children will enjoy watching the show and going on adventures with Petzi and his gang.

Starting from September 15th the 26 episodes of Rasmus Klump/ Petzi will air daily at 6:35 p.m. on Germany’s KIKA. The episodes will then also be available online for a limited time.

Check our blog to get more details in the upcoming weeks and see some more pre-production artwork.
